We offer Domestic cleans (We tailor our plan to YOUR needs), Commercial cleans, holiday home turnovers, end/beginning of tenancy cleans (including upholstery and carpets) with our additional Laundrette services! From your door pick up’s and drop off’s!
Fine Shine is your one stop shop of all your cleaning needs and requirements, making sure our client’s needs are the forefront of every job!
Domestic Clean
£22 p/h
You tell us what you want and that’s what we do! Our general clean includes full surface clean down (Including all contact points, all heavy traffic surfaces & all places you don’t see), all flooring steamed/mopped/hoovered/pet hair removal - We can do bed changes on request.
Our deeper cleans (Cleaner 3 hours +) include all kitchen appliances to descaled and deep scrubbed including oven/trays/microwaves/air fryers etc
Every client will receive a plan of action which outlines what they require, what we use (chemicals, scents & equipment) which allows us and our clients to be on the same page as to what is expected of us.
We offer our loyalty scheme for regular clients!
Commerical Clean
£27 p/h
Our commercial cleans include as standard carpet and upholstery refreshes, all heavy traffic area’s deep cleaned and everything else our general clean entails.
Holiday home Change over’s
£17 p/h or £25p/h with linen change
Our turnover service includes all flooring, surfaces, heavy traffic areas and contact points to be cleaned deeply.
We also work on a need by need basis depending on any deep clean or tidy up requirements needed after guest check out’s, so you do not have worry if something goes wrong.
We also take full inventory of home and each clean check any items that need regular maintenance or updates.
We also can provide a linen service for additional charge based per home not per bed!
Each home will be have a plan of action so that cleaning staff and home owner will have a step by step guide of what is needed/required and how it’s going to be done leaving peace of mind for our holiday home owners!
Deep Clean/life organisation
£30 p/h
No mess/clutter/dirt is to much - we will organise, removal clutter and deep clean what is needed.
End of Tenancy Cleans
£25 p/h for basic clean // £32 p/h with carpet clean (min 3 hour’s) // full house clean, carpet, empty & inventory £350 per home
Our end of tenancy cleans can be bespoke to needs - we will ensure the home is clean and perfection for any viewings or marketing required.
Launrette services
£7.50 per wash & dry load (7kg)
We offer collection and return service for all laundry need’s. Discount is available for any client using a clean service wishing to have this added on.
